Ze do Pipo toby jug produced in Portugal circa 1970. Ze do Pipo was a restaurant owner in Porto, Portugal, who created a popular cod-based dish in the 1960s that today bears his name. Today Ze do Pipo has found himself in a bit of trouble with his regular patrons. His signature dish is not up to his usual standards and his patrons have told him so, putting him in a barrel until he prepares the dish to his usual high standards. Bacalhau A Ze do Pipo is a classic Portuguese fish casserole recipe from the Porto region of Portugal that is similar to the American dish Shepard's Pie.
