Town Crier of Eatonswill liquor container designed by Graham Tongue and Harry Sales and produced by Royal Doulton of Burslem, England, in 1986 limited edition of 2,000 for Pick-Kwik Wines & Spirits. From Charles Dickens' "The Pickwick Papers", Whiffin is the fat town crier of Eatonswill who rings an enormous bell to command silence during the election proceedings. This is an advertising liquor container commissioned by Pick-Kwik Distillers of Derby, England. A Jim Beam bottle forms the handle of this liquor container.
