American Toby Jug Museum 

The Shield Toby Jug modeled by Carl Peers and produced by Peggy Davies Ceramics for Kevin Francis Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, England, in a 1992 limited edition of 250. The Shield Toby is an Ordinary Toby jug with a boat style shield on his left side which on larger jug is sometimes inscribed "It is all out then fill him agian." He also often has a larger Roman nose than an Ordinary Toby.
