The Mummy face pot limited edition - Kevin Francis 2004

The Mummy face pot produced in a red, white and blue colorway by Kevin Francis Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, England, in a 2004 limited edition. A mummy is a dead human or an animal whose soft tissues and organs have been preserved by either intentional or accidental exposure to chemicals, extreme cold, very low humidity, or lack of air, so that the recovered body does not decay further if kept in cool and dry conditions. Resurrected mummies have been used as a creature of horror and dread for hundreds of years. This Mummy's face pot quote, "I want my mummy!", is a comical twist on the scary appearance of the mummy.
