The Collector pilot character jug modeled by Geof Blower and produced by Kevin Francis Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, England, in 1987. The Collector features an avid collector of character jugs closely examining his latest find. His right hand and a character jug form the handle of the jug. This is the pilot jug conceived by Kevin Pearson that soon became Royal Doulton's 1988 large Collector character jug produced for the Kevin Francis Collecting World Series.
