Steve Wright & Pudsey character jug produced by Bairstow Manor Pottery of Hanley, England, circa 2010. Stephen Richard Wright (1954- ) is an English radio personality and disc jockey. He presented Steve Wright in the Afternoon for 12 years on BBC Radio 1 and 23 years on BBC Radio 2. On BBC Television Wright has hosted numerous shows. Pudsey Bear is the official logo of BBC's Children in Need charity program that has raised over 1.5 billion pounds for disadvantaged children and young people in the UK since 1980. Steve Wright hosted many Togs supporting BBC's Children in Need events during programs. Pudsey is the handle of the character jug.
