American Toby Jug Museum 

Standing Toby crested ware jug produced in England circa 1920. This Standing Toby is wearing the traditional everyday garb of the late 1700s including the long frock coat, buttoned vest, and tricorn hat. He is holding his hands on his ample belly. Crested ware are small, porcelain objects in a variety of shapes and forms that bear a heraldic crest to represent the area in which they were sold as souvenirs. This crested ware toby jug bears a Sandown crest on Toby's side.
