Squirrel majolica toby jug produced by Poet-Laval of France circa 1905. The industrious squirrel is out foraging for nuts to stock away for the winter. He is clutching an oak branch filled with acorns in his paws. The squirrel's tail forms the handle of the jug. This toby jug is also known in brown and gray colorways.
