This Squat Toby is holding a cup of ale in his left hand and a pitcher in his right. As documented in the markings on the bottom of the jug, this Squat Toby was the prize awarded to the winners, Wardle & Davenport Cricket Club, of the 1931 North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary Interworks Cricket Competition.
