Squat Toby ash tray produced by Shorter & Son of Stoke-on-Trent, England, circa 1955. The Squat Toby is a version of the Ordinary Toby that is sitting on floor with his left leg on the floor and right leg propped up in front of him. He is holding a glass in his left hand and pitcher of ale in his right. There are three known colorways of the Squat Toby plate.
