Scrooge and the Second Ghost of Christmas Present pitcher or tankard designed by Mr. Lyttleton and produced by Beswick of Longton, England, in a 1978 limited edition of 15,000. The eighth issue in Beswick's Christmas Carol Tankard Series, all tankards in the series depict a scene from Charles Dickens' beloved "A Christmas Carol". Scrooge and the Second Ghost of Christmas Present silently observe the Cratchit family wholeheartedly enjoy their meager Christmas dinner. It is the warm scene of love and caring that moves Scrooge at last to feel compassion for the good family and especially for Tiny Tim.
