Scottie toby jug in a large size produced by Shorter & Son of Stoke-on-Trent, England, circa 1965. A Scotsman, or Scottie or Scot, is a man who is a native or inhabitant of Scotland. He is dressed in traditional clothing of the 19th century. This is the largest of three known sizes. The medium size Scottie toby jug stands 6 3/4" tall and the small size 4 3/4" tall.
