Rocky character jug produced in Indonesia by Ward Productions of Costa Mesa, California, in 1995. Rocket "Rocky" J. Squirrel, also known as Rocky the Flying Squirrel, is a fictional character and one of the two main protagonists of the 1959-1964 ABC network animated television series "Rocky and His Friends" and "The Bullwinkle Show", often collectively referred to as Rocky and Bullwinkle. Rocky's personality was meant to be that of an upstanding, if slightly naive, all-American youth. As the brains and straight man of the "moose and squirrel" duo, Rocky often was shown as coming up with creative solutions to the various situations the duo found themselves in on their adventures.
