American Toby Jug Museum 

Reforme Urgente majolica toby jug produced by Onnaing of Onnaing, France, circa 1910, model number 741. This jug is political satire of left wing Deputy Camille Pelletan's call for an urgent government reform to provide members of Parliament with a large pay raise. The jug has 15000 inscribed on his money bag the amount of Pelletan's proposed pay raise. Some colorways exist and rare versions can be found with 45000 and 60000 on the money bag.
