A felon is a person responsible for committing a felony and is generally a social outcast. The term felony is used principally in criminal law for very serious crimes, whereas misdemeanors are considered to be less serious offenses. It is principally used in criminal law in the United States legal system. This felon is looking over his shoulder as the policeman is hot on his trail. The bars of a jail cell form the handle of the teapot while the felon's right arm forms the spout.
