Pig majolica toby jug produced by Sarreguemines of Lorraine, France, in 1901, model number 3318. A popular pitcher the Pig can be found with a variety of advertising on him. Early production pieces had one hole in his snout. More common production had two smaller holes in his snout and a few examples are known with three holes in the snout.
