Ordinary Toby jug smoking pipe - Yorkshire circa 1800

Ordinary Toby jug made in the Yorkshire region Staffordshire England circa 1800. This toby is smoking his churchwarden pipe between drinks. Yorkshire tobies have some distinct characteristics that may or may not be present in any specific example. These include a six-sided goblet, white tri-corn hat with scalloped edging, sponged underglaze bright colors around the base, painted dots for eyebrows, and a ship's figurehead handle. This is a rare jug.
