Noel Wiggins founded The Harmony Ball Company in Ohio in 1991. By 1992 HBC was a multi-million-dollar business that employed 400 Mexican artisans. Noel met Martin Perry in 1994 and formed a partnership. Today, the stateside headquarters of Harmony Kingdom is located in a turn-of-the-century warehouse listed on the National Historic Register in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
