Napoleon toby jug modeled by Ray Noble and produced by Kevin Francis Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, England, in a 1992 limited edition of 750. Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821) was a French military and political leader who rose to prominence at the end of the French Revolution. He was Emperor of France from 1804 to 1814 and again in 1815. He led France in the Napoleonic Wars seizing control of most of Europe before being defeated at the Battle of Waterloo and exiled to the island of Saint Helena. A canon and the French flag form the handle of this jug.
