American Toby Jug Museum 

Mr. Litigate The Lawyer 3/4 body toby jug designed by William K. Harper and produced by Royal Doulton of Burslem, England, from 1983 to 1991. A leading Doultonville lawyer, sharp eyed and sharp nosed, Horace Litigate is a formidable legal eagle of the Courts, though also wise in giving good practical advice to his clients. Few are his equal in debating the finer points of English Law as he expounds, with precision and expert knowledge, upon the legal disputes of the City. He is seen here at his ease, wearing the powdered wig and black gown of his learned profession and holding a brief as he confidently awaits the jury's verdict in his favor. Sadly, he is a widower of some three years. His eldest daughter Becky has recently qualified as a barrister in the London Inns of Court. This is one of twenty-five Doultonville toby jugs.
