Maid teapot produced in Germany circa 1925. Dressed in a typical maid's uniform from the early 1900s, this young maid is pouring water from a large pitcher in her hands. Her head is removeable to fill the teapot and the pitcher forms the spout of the teapot. This teapot is marked on the bottom "Gesetzlich geschutzt", meaning the design is registered.
