Jolly Fellow large Three Counties advertising character jug produced by Sarreguemines of Lorraine, France, model number 3181 in 1905. One of a series of jugs called grotesques in the Sarreguemines factory documentation, this jolly fellow has consumed his fair share of whisky. Commissioned by Nalder & Collyers Brewery of Croydon, South London, England, this is an advertising jug for its Three Counties whisky.
