George 3/4 body toby jug modeled by Ray Noble and produced by Bairstow Manor Pottery of Hanley, England, circa 2020 in a limited edition of 100 commissioned by Dave Tomlin. George Harrison MBE (1943-2001) was an English musician and singer-songwriter who achieved international fame as the lead guitarist of the Beatles. Sometimes called "the quiet Beatle", Harrison embraced Indian culture and helped broaden the scope of popular music through his incorporation of Indian instrumentation and Hindu-aligned spirituality in the Beatles' work. His songs for the Beatles include "Taxman", "Within You Without You", "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", "Here Comes the Sun" and "Something". After leaving the Beatles, Harrison also had a successful solo career. This jug is from the Beatles' 1967 Sgt. Pepper era.
