Dinosaur toby jug - Fitz and Floyd 1986

Dinosaur toby jug produced by Fitz and Floyd of Medford, Oregon, in 1986. Dinosaurs are a diverse group of reptiles that first appeared during the Triassic period, between 245 and 233.23 million years ago, although the exact origin and timing of the evolution of dinosaurs is a subject of active research. They became the dominant terrestrial vertebrates after the Triassic-Jurassic extinction event 201.3 million years ago and their dominance continued throughout the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. This dinosaur mother's tail forms the handle of the jug.
