Chef toby jug produced in Japan for National Potteries of Cleveland, Ohio, circa 1950 using its Napco Ceramics tradename. This private chef is responsible for planning, shopping for, and preparing all meals served at the manor where he is employed, including special events and parties. He works closely with the Lady of the Manor for meal planning and selecting event menus. He is designed in a style similar to that of Goebel.
