Boris Yeltsin toby jug - Kevin Francis Ceramics 1991

Boris Yeltsin toby jug modeled by Andy Moss and produced by Kevin Francis Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, England, in a 1991 limited edition of 250. Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin (1931-2007) was a Soviet and Russian politician who served as the first president of Russia from 1991 to 1999. He was a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 1961 to 1990. He later stood as a political independent, during which time he was viewed as being ideologically aligned with liberalism and Russian nationalism. The State Flag of the Russian Federation forms the handle of the jug.
