Toby on Barrel majolica toby jug produced by Malicorne circa 1930. Designed and signed by Emile Tessier, the Toby on Barrel toby jug features a drunkard sitting atop a barrel holding his full belly with both hands. The number on the front of the barrel convey a humorous message. When spoken in French the numbers create a saying which roughly translated means "zero wine without water."  This jug stands 10 1/4" tall.
