Standing Toby jug produced in Germany for importer E.P.P. & Co. (Edward P. Paul and Co.) of Plainfield, New Jersey, circa 1955 using its tradename Ardico Products. This Standing Toby is wearing the traditional everyday garb of the late 1700s including the long frock coat, buttoned vest, and tricorn hat. He is holding a flask in his left hand and a cup in his right.
