Penguin majolica toby jug produced by Saint-Amand Hamages of France circa 1910. Penguins are a group of aquatic, flightless birds living almost exclusively in the Southern Hemisphere, especially Antarctica. Highly adapted for life in the water, their wings have evolved into flippers.
