Martha Gunn small toby jug made in Staffordshire circa 1780. Martha Gunn (1727-1815) was a ladies bather at the sea in Brighton who was very experienced and highly requested and famous for bathing the Prince of Wales King George IIIs son in 1785. This is a very rare jug.
