Jolly Fellow extra large QUINOL advertising character jug produced by Sarreguemines of Lorraine, France, model number 3181 1 circa 1905. One of a series of jugs called grotesques in the Sarreguemines factory documentation. Commissioned by Cawsey Menck & Company of Melbourne, Australia, this is an advertising jug for Menck's King of Tonics Quinol.
