American Toby Jug Museum 

Hearty Good Fellow faience toby jug produced by Desvres circa 1910. This jug is of a man standing on a rustic mound with a tree trunk at his back and tree branch forming the handle. He commonly holds at jug of ale in his right hand and churchwarden pipe in his left. Modeled after the Staffordshire design of a century earlier he is marked with the initials VD.
