Bunnykins Bunny toby jug - Royal Doulton circa 1930

Bunnykins Bunny toby jug produced by Royal Doulton of Burslem, England, circa 1930. Royal Doulton Bunnykins tableware and figurines are popular ceramic designs manufactured as nursery dishes and collectible figurines. The chinaware line originated with artwork by Sister Mary Barbara Bailey, the daughter of Cuthbert Bailey, general manager of Doulton during the 1930s. Sister Mary Barbara provided illustrations to the designers of Doulton & Co. to be used on tableware. Bunnykins continued to be produced until 2005 in England and in Asia to the present day. This Bunnykins creamer is a part of a six-piece children's tea set including a teapot, egg cup and sugar bowl.
