This is the Royal Doulton character jug depicting the Ugly Duchess, model number D6599. A part of the Alice in Wonderland Series the jug was produced between 1965 and 1973, resulting in a smaller number of jugs produced than others. A large size jug, it stands around 7″ tall and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
